After breakfast, your driver/guide will pick you up to begin your journey to Tarangire National Park for an exciting day of wildlife exploration. The park follows the path of the Tarangire River, set within the sweeping landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. Known for its iconic Acacia woodlands and the towering African Baobab trees, the park’s southern regions are dominated by extensive swamp areas. These natural features, along with the Tarangire River, draw a wide array of wildlife, particularly during Tanzania’s dry season.

Tarangire is famous for hosting some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. It is also home to three rare species: the majestic Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, and the unique Ashy Starling. We will enjoy lunch at a scenic picnic spot within the park, followed by an afternoon game drive, where we’ll continue exploring the stunning scenery and observing wildlife.

As the day winds down, we will drive to your accommodation, where you can relax and reflect on the day’s adventures.

After breakfast, we will drive towards Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As we leave the highlands, we enter the Serengeti, famous for its vast open plains.

We’ll head to the central part of the park, called the Seronera area. This area has one of the best wildlife habitats, thanks to the Seronera River, which attracts many animals.

We’ll arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive to explore the Serengeti’s wildlife.

After breakfast, we’ll begin a game drive along the Sogore River Circuit, which loops through the plains south of the Seronera River. This area is great for spotting lions, Thomson gazelles, topis, ostriches, and cheetahs.

For lunch, we can enjoy a picnic under the shade of giant acacia trees or have a hot meal at the lodge.

After lunch, we’ll explore the Kopjes Circuit, which circles the Maasai Kopjes. These granite outcrops are excellent for spotting wildlife, especially lions and large cobras. The kopjes offer shade and water pools, attracting animals during the dry season.

After breakfast, we’ll enjoy a morning game drive until lunchtime. After lunch, we’ll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an overnight stay. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to experience Maasai culture and learn about their traditional way of life in the Ngorongoro region.

After an early breakfast, we will descend over 600 meters into the crater for a half-day safari to view wildlife. Thanks to a year-round supply of water and food, Ngorongoro National Park supports a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants. Another major attraction of this beautiful national park is its high concentration of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which often requires a trained eye to spot.

We will also visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner of the crater, and one of its key features. Here, you can typically see a large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds. After lunch, we will begin our ascent from the crater and head directly to the airport.
