You will be picked up from your hotel in Moshi/Arusha at 07:00 hrs and transferred to Tarangire National Park to begin your game viewing experience. This magnificent park is renowned for its large baobab trees, abundant wildlife, including one of the largest elephant populations in the country, and a wide variety of bird species.

After your tour of the park, you will be transferred to your lodge in Karatu, where you will spend the night.

On this day, it’s best to leave the hotel as early as possible to catch the animals that are most active during the morning hours. Breakfast will be packed in lunchboxes for your convenience. At 6:30 AM, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and after about an hour, you will descend into the crater.

Ngorongoro is one of Tanzania’s most famous and fascinating parks, known for having the highest concentration of animal species per square kilometer. You’ll have the chance to see buffalo, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and feline species like caracals and servals. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a rhinoceros, a species whose numbers are critically low.

By lunchtime, you will arrive at the lakeside, where you’ll enjoy your packed lunchboxes before continuing the safari.

You will depart the lodge at around 07:00 hrs and head to Lake Manyara National Park for your final game drive. The park is famous for its elusive tree-climbing lions and diverse bird life.

After exploring the beautiful lake and the stunning groundwater forest, you will be transferred back to Moshi/Arusha or the airport in the afternoon, with a stop at curio shops where you can pick up souvenirs to take home.

Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out due to an overnight flight, you can extend your hotel stay until 6:00 PM for an additional fee.
