This 2-day safari option is a great way to experience some of Tanzania’s amazing wildlife within a short period. This type of safari is ideal for those on a tight schedule or looking for a weekend getaway. A visit to Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater offers the best wildlife viewing experience during these two days. The concentration of wildlife in these two parks provides excellent opportunities to see a variety of animals in a short amount of time.

Tour Itinerary
Tour Plan
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel in either Moshi or Arusha. There, you will meet your guide, who will provide a briefing about your upcoming safari. Your safari guide will share all the essential information regarding your trip.
Please note that hotel check-in starts at 12:00 PM.
You will spend the night at the hotel, but no meals are included.
You will be picked up at your hotel in Moshi or Arusha at 07:00 hrs and transferred to Tarangire National Park to begin your game viewing experience in this magnificent park. Tarangire is renowned for its large collection of baobab trees, spectacular population of large mammals, and diverse bird species, including one of the largest concentrations of elephants in the country.
After your tour of the park, you will be transferred to your lodge, where you will spend the night.
Overnight at the Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included
You will depart the lodge around 06:00 hrs and head to the Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. The crater is not only the largest unbroken caldera in the world but also one of the new seven natural wonders of Africa.
After your morning game drive, you will take a break to enjoy your packed lunch at the Hippo Pool picnic site. Following lunch, you will be transferred back to Arusha/Moshi/Airport in the afternoon, stopping at curio shops where you can pick up some souvenirs to take home.
Overnight at the hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included.
Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out due to an overnight flight, you can extend your hotel stay until 6:00 PM for an additional fee.
